 seed sowing inside! In this workshop you will begin planting your seeds no
 w! Debi will walk you through all you need to know as you construct a plac
 e for them to grow. Take them home at the end of the workshop\, forget abo
 ut them until spring\, and be ready for the abundance to come!\n\n• Learn 
 how to plant your own seeds in jugs and put them outside until spring.\n\n
 • Learn about seed germination needs and the types of seeds to winter sow.
 \n\nThis Winter Sowing Workshop is presented by Debi Ulrey-Crosby\, Minneh
 aha Master Gardener.\n\n\nPLEASE BRING WITH YOU\n\n• 1-2 Milk Jugs\nBring 
 empty\, clean\, transparent milk/water jugs (not the white milk jugs). Oth
 er containers or bottles can be used but need ample headspace for growth.
 \n\nOptional \n\n• Hot Glue Gun (no glue sticks needed)\n\n• Scissors or e
 xacto/box cutter knife\n\n• Seeds\, if you have something specific you wan
 t to plant.\n\nAll other supplies will be provided.\n\n_____\n\nRegistrati

  learned to translate California style gardening to gardening in South Dak
 ota. She grew up traveling the world since her father was in the Air Force
  and learned to love gardening because her mom grew tomatoes no matter whi
 ch country or state their family was living. She grows tomatoes\, garlic\,
  and a variety of vegetables and flowers in raised beds\, traditional gard
 en beds and loves to start seeds using a variety of methods. She likes to 
 experiment with different plants or vegetables and recently grew saffron t
 he past two seasons with questionable results. It’s always a different sea
 son with a different learning curve.
