This class supports programming at the Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum and is offered in conjunction with the Minnehaha Master Gardeners of South Dakota.

Master Gardener Anne Erickson

“I love sharing my passion for gardening with others, and I especially enjoy sharing tips on how to grow roses in cold climates.”

She would like to reassure anyone interested in growing roses that it is not that difficult and that the rewards are worth the effort!

The hand-out Anne will be using was co-authored by one of her fellow Master gardeners, Maggie Jacobsen.

Ann has been an active SDSU affiliated Minnehaha Master Gardener for twenty years. During that time she has been chairperson for the garden tours and has volunteered for many other events that the Master Gardeners sponsor.
