The Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum has been part of Sioux Falls since 1888. Everything you see here exists because people gave. This fall, our Thanks & Giving campaign continues that tradition.

Open every day. Different every visit.

Trails that wind through 115 acres of preserved prairie. A creek and a peaceful waterfall tucked into the landscape. Gardens that change with every season.

A Teaching Garden where kids get their hands in the dirt and fall in love with the outdoors. Cooking and gardening classes where neighbors become friends. Camp Wild, where a week outside can shape how a kid sees the world.

This place is part of so many people's routines: the morning walk, the lunch loop, the Saturday with the kids. Your gift supports the programs and events that give people even more reasons to come back.

Every class, every camp, every celebration here happens because someone planned it, staffed it, and showed up for it. That's the everyday work of the Wegner Arboretum Society, and it's what annual gifts cover.

Some gifts build something new. Others keep everything running. This year's Thanks & Giving campaign is about the second kind. $100,000 will help fund another year of programs, events and activities for everyone who visits.

Last year, one organization-changing gift matched what our community gave, and every dollar went twice as far. We're grateful to everyone who made that happen, and we'd love to go even further this year.
